FAQ'S

DO YOU have a QUESTION?

All-In-Two solar street lights adopt a split design, with solar panels and LED light sources arranged independently, while lithium batteries are either integrated with solar panels or with LED light sources, which has the following core advantages:

  1. Limitations of All-In-One: Although All-In-One is easy to install, its fixed tilt design can easily lead to insufficient charging in winter in low-sunlight areas, which can cause the battery to be in a low-point state for a long time, thereby accelerating the attenuation rate of the lithium battery and ultimately shortening the battery life.
  2. Enhanced Solar Energy Utilization: The split structure allows adjustment of the solar panel tilt angle (optimized as local latitude ±10°), increasing daily energy generation efficiency a lot compared to All-In-One models with fixed angles.
  3. Flexible installation: The light source and solar panels can be adjusted independently, and the solar panels can be precisely aligned with the sun to maximize the efficiency of solar energy conversion. The light source can be flexibly placed to optimize the irradiation angle as needed, thereby optimizing the lighting design (uniformity and illumination).
  4. Cost-Efficient Maintenance: Modular design enables targeted replacement of faulty components (e.g., batteries or controllers), cutting maintenance costs by >60% versus All-In-One full-unit replacements.

Runtime depends on battery capacity, load power, and smart control algorithms. Below is a scenario analysis for a typical configuration:

System Specifications

LED Module: 40W (0-100% dimmable), Lithium Battery: 12.8V/42Ah (538Wh, 2000+ cycles), Solar Panel: 80W monocrystalline (STC efficiency ≥23%)

How it works?

Full-Charge Operation: Under continuous cloudy weather (no solar input), with intelligent time-based dimming: First 4 hours: 100% power (40W), Next 4 hours: 20% power (8W) + motion-triggered activation. Then we get daily energy consumption: (40W×4h) + (12W×4h) +(20W×4h)= 288Wh.

Runtime: 538Wh ÷ 288Wh/day ≈ 1.5 days.

Recharging Capacity: In regions with 4.5 peak sun hours daily: Daily solar input: 80W × 4.5h = 360Wh, which can meet the daily average load demand of 288Wh and achieve surplus charging.

This configuration can be stably applied to scenes that require all-night lighting, such as roads and parks. In standard mode, it can meet the lighting needs for 1.5 2 autonomy days. Through timer dimming technology, while meeting the lighting needs of different time periods, the system configuration can be further optimized to reduce government expenditure costs. If the microwave sensing function is additionally configured, the lighting time can be increased to 2 autonomy nights.
